Ways We Can Work Together

 

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS

Interactive workshops combine compelling storytelling with actionable skills, engaging games and personal reflection. Workshop topics help individuals and youth organizations build stronger emotional foundations for success. Workshops are offered for 60 or 90 minute sessions. Materials, resources and workbooks are provided.

This talk is ideal for teen and college audiences. Perfect for schools, youth groups and college organizations.

  • EMBRACING EMOTIONS

    Learn how our emotions play a vital role in the success of our relationships with ourselves and others. In this session we will identify key characteristics of our emotions, learn how to build a strong sense of self-awareness and skills to practice self-regulation.

    Let’s explore how to create and maintain healthy boundaries in our relationships with others. Whether it’s with friends, family or with yourself, audiences will walk away feeling equipped to

  • NAVIGATING DATING RELATIONSHIPS

    Did you know that 1 in 3 young people in the U.S. will be in an abusive or unhealthy relationship? In this session we are going to explore the key differences between healthy and unhealthy dating relationships. Audiences will walk away with key communication tools, understanding of how to establish boundaries and how to navigate breakups in a positive way!

  • GROWING RESILIENCE

    In life it’s not IF we experience challenges, it WHEN. In this session, we will be exploring what is resilience and how we can use it for our benefit. We will practice simple tools to help transform our mindset and turn any challenge into an opportunity!


PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Today, we as women tend to wear our “busy” lives as a measure of success. But we have to stop and ask ourselves, what are we truly gaining? Let’s talk about the honest results such as burnout and anxiety. Join me in my transformation story from burnout to balance!

This session is designed to equip educators, staff and youth group leaders.

Sarah Marier is a licensed teacher and high school educator of 12+ years. She is a speaker, workshop facilitator and youth mental health advocate. Sarah’s is raising her five children in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. Her mission is to help people build emotional skills to build better relationships with themselves and others.
